Our cutting-edge 25,000 square feet facility employs the latest glass fabrication technologies and CNC machines capable of extremely precise operations.

IGG Glass uses a variety of fabrication techniques including glass cutting, grinding, drilling and laminating. We also specialize in other glass fabricating operations including insulation, straight edge cutting, polishing and bending.

Our cutting-edge facility is capable of performing an assortment of glass fabrication operations including insulating, laminating, painting, tempering, heat strengthening and straight edge polishing.

CNC Machining

To achieve high precision operations such as cutting holes and round corners, we employ CNC machining to achieve high efficiency and the best outcomes.

Glass Insulating

Insulating glass consists of two or three glass window panes separated by a vacuum or gas filled space to reduce heat transfer across a part of the building envelope.

Glass Laminating

Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that holds together when shattered. In the event of breaking, it is held in place by an interlayer between its two or more layers of glass.

Glass Painting

Back painted or coated glass is a modern alternative to other surfacing materials such as tiles and laminates in the world's decorative and architectural industries.

Glass Tempering

Tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass.

Heat Soak Testing

Heat soak testing is a technique used to minimize the risk of spontaneous tempered glass breakage due to nickel sulphide inclusions within the glass installed in a building.

Heat Strengthening

This is the process that makes the glass four to five times stronger than untreated glass. As a result, tempered glass is less likely to experience a thermal break.

Straight Edge Polishing

Straight or flat edge glass polishing refers to the fine grinding of glass by abrasives to produce smooth surfaces or for artistic purposes.
